Yesterday I attended a Stella & Dot Trunk show party at my friend Lori’s house. I must admit, I didn’t know what to expect, it was the first I was hearing of the company and am not one for the hard sales approach. Stella & Dot was founded by Jessica Herrin and Blythe Harris who named the company after each of their grandmothers. The jewelry is fun, unique and a bunch of pieces are less than $50.00. I especially love their earrings which look really heavy but are light enough to wear all day. And as a bonus, each piece comes in an adorable box.
The host, Kelly Sullivan, had all the jewelry laid out for us to try on (my friend Karen was even given a necklace to model during the get together). Kelly was helpful and not the least bit pushy. It was a fun afternoon of meeting new friends and catching up with old ones over mimosas, wine, cheese and some great looking jewelry. Check them out at www.stelladot.com.
